Service Area

Signature Members receive guaranteed availability and recovery on the Phenom 300 and Challenger 300 anywhere in the service area — the contiguous United States, parts of Canada and Mexico within 225 statute miles of the U.S. border, the Bahamas, and Los Cabos.*

*Flight segments considered to be within the Service Area are those that:

  • • Both depart from, and arrive at, a location within the contiguous U.S.; plus
  • • Depart from a location within the contiguous U.S. and arrive at a location within the Bahamas, and vice versa;
  • • Depart from a location within the contiguous U.S. and arrive at a location at Los Cabos, Mexico (specifically, Los Cabos International Airport — SJD/MMSD — or Cabo San Lucas International Airport — CSL/MMSL), and vice versa;
  • • Depart from a location within the contiguous U.S. and arrive at a location within the zone that is a portion of Mexico or Canada within 225 statute miles of the nearest border crossing to the contiguous U.S., and vice versa.
